Julie is a writer, mom, and teacher who lives with her husband and two children in New Mexico. She is the founder and Creative Director for Yoginiology, a yoga lifestyle company for women around the globe featuring yoga interviews, free yoga classes, and daily inspiration. Yoginiology works with charities like Women for Women International, Every Mother Counts, and The Shine Project to help women and girls everywhere build a brighter future.
